my visual arts journey began with a teacher in high school who believed in my potential. I come from an art family and didn’t think I was good enough, but I needed an art credit to graduate. So on my first day of Intro to Art, a couple hours into class, my teacher said, “Have you considered joining AP art?”. After that, I discovered my love for art on a different level, as an artist.
